I. Qualifications

1 The applicant should be a non-Chinese citizen with good character and valid foreign passports and be pledged to abide by regulations of the University and Chinese laws as well.

II. Requirements

No special requirements for modern Chinese applicants under 25 years old; A bachelor degree applicant should be younger than 25 years old with a high school diploma and an outstanding academic performance;

A master or doctorate degree applicant should be younger than 35 years old with a bachelor degree recognized by Chinese government.

III. Documents needed for application

1. For all applicants:

1) a scanned copy of the International Student Application to University of South China.

2) a scanned copy of the original academic transcript and school diploma.

3) a scanned copy of the passport information page (with the name and passport number).

4) a scanned copy of the Physical Examination Form within 6 months.

2. Additional docs for master or doctorate degree applicants:

1) a scanned copy of the degree acquired

2) a scanned copy of two recommendation letters by your professors for master degree candidates.

NB:

1) Send the above docs to usc@admissions.cn in the form of attachment.

2) The hard copy of the forms, along with those of other documents, shall be submitted to the university upon the student’s arrival at the University.
